"CHOPPED!" Contest: Team

As a Team you must decide on two required ingredients. You can add other ingredients, but you MUST use the ingredients. Each Team is required to create one dish. For this project, you will need to create your dish in class for judging. We will use the honor system to trust that the dish is prepared only by you and your team and uses no pre-packaged ingredients You will need to write down your recipe ,including a list of ingredients and the steps you used to prepare the dish.

Creativity 5 pts How creative was your end product?	Poor Plain, didn't try to explore their possibilities.	Fair Spent little time. It was good but nothing special.	Good It's very unique and different. Put thought and time into it.
Taste 5 pts How did the final product taste?	Poor Not edible- needs work!	Fair Average- it was ok but could have been better.	Good Great flavor- perfectly cooked.
Appearance 5 pts The final presentation of your plate: Does it look appetizing?	Poor Put together quick and sloppy.	Fair Should have spent more time on this aspect.	Good Plated great- decorated nicely good color contrast, shape, texture
