Handcuffing
	Poor 2 pts	Fair 3 pts	Good 4 pts	Excellent 5 pts
Verbal commands	Poor Gave no verbal commands.	Fair Gave a few commands.	Good Good instruction missed a couple of commands.	Excellent Clear the subject understood commands.
Hand placement	Poor Cuffs not placed properly on wrists. Neither hand facing the proper direction	Fair One cuff off placement. One hand turned around wrong.	Good Hands placed properly, cuff placement off somewhat.	Excellent Both hands facing property, cuffs placed properly and correct fit.
Uncuffing	Poor Not able to get unlocked with out help. Leaves cuff open after unlocking	Fair Able to get unlocked, but forgets to close cuff after tacking off.	Good Able to get unlocked, is slow to getting cuff closed after removing.	Excellent Takes off cuffs safely closes cuff and maintains watch of subject.
Standing and Kneeling Cuffing	Poor Doesn't transition from standing to kneeling cuffing.	Fair Has to be reminded to transition to kneeling.	Good Minor error in transition.	Excellent Transitions between two techniques with no errors
