Swings the throwing arm back with the elbow leading going forward.

Swings the throwing arm back some and partially leads with the elbow.

Grip (Laces)

Meets Standards

Hand is slightly behind the middle on the laces. Ball rolls off of fingertips in a spiral.

Hand is in proper position, but needs to work on rolling the ball off of fingers.

Hand is to far forward or back and not on the laces causing the ball to flutter. Doesn't roll the ball off of fingers.
