COW Painting Rubric

Rubric to mark students' paintings of a COW IN A MEADOW. Emphasis on using colors light to dark and filling in a composition with details in the sky and grass

Colour application	Poor Student did not apply colors in the correct order. Areas are muddy. Colors were mixed in the palette Colour is not consistent throughout. Good The student worked well on their painting but could have done a little bit more to finish it. They have a cow along with at least 2 elements in the grass and sky.	Excellent The student did their best work. The painting was of great quality for that students ability. They created one or more cows with 3 or more elements in the sky and field.
