Forearm Pass	Excellent Body in athletic stance, weight on balls of feet, knees bent, called mine, hands together, allowed set-up for attack.	Good Body in athletic stance, weight on balls of feet, knees bent, called mine, hands together, ball went towards target, control of the ball	Fair Weight on heels, elbows were bent, ball was playable for teammates, some control of ball	Poor Hands were apart, body in upright position, no attempt to keep ball in play. Set Pass	Excellent Body in athletic stance, made a triangle for hands, called mine, good follow through, pass could be spiked.
