Dance Warm Up
Create a continuous movement dance warm up. Remember your warm up aims to: *raise internal body temperature *increase heart rate and blood flow to muscles *mobilize joints *raise speed of transmission of nerve impulses *prepare mentally and physically for dance Include a cardio portion and a stretch portion. Your warm up must be set to music and be approx 15 minutes long. Be creative!

Knowledge of your warm up. Teach other dancers while demonstrating. Demonstrating to the best of your ability.

Sections of the written work are missing (description, picture, or muscle group). Did not include the full body.
Fair
All sections are present but may have some errors. Includes most of the body.
Good
Stretches written in chronological order. Pictures are clear examples of the stretch. Correct muscles are listed. Whole body is included in the stretch.
