Daily Participation	Excellent Student always come prepared and dressed for PE and participates in activities, tests, games, discussions etc.	Good Student mostly come prepared for PE and participates in activities, tests, games, discussions etc.	Fair Student sometimes come prepared for PE and participate in activities, tests, games, group discussions etc. fails to participate on 2 or 3 occasions	Poor Student fails come prepared for PE and to participate in activities, tests, games, etc. on 4 or more occasions displays unwanted attitudes or are disruptive to other students learning.
Sportsmanship	Excellent Student never displays attitudes or actions that are not considered to be "sportsmen-like". Student is always positive and supportive of the other students. (not playing a game by the rules, disrespecting those rules, and being discourteous to teammates, the referee, and the other team.)	Good Student displayed attitude or action that is not considered to be "sportsmen-like" on only one occasion. Student quickly corrected behavior.	Fair Student displays attitudes or actions that are not considered to be "sportsmen-like" on two or more occasions.	Poor Student often displays attitudes or actions that are not considered to be "sportsmen-like"
Effort	Excellent Student demonstrates maximum effort on given activities.	Good Student demonstrates strong effort on given activities.	Fair Student demonstrates some effort on given activities.	Poor Student demonstrates very little effort or no effort on given activities. Acts disinterested in activity
