Frisbee throwing skills
	Poor/Off task 1 pts	Fair/Basic Skills 3 pts	Good/Proficient Skills 5 pts
Holding the frisbee	Poor/Off task Student does not have thumb on the top of the frisbee, index finger on the rim, three fingers on the bottom of the frisbee.	Fair/Basic Skills Thumb on the top of the frisbee, index finger on the rim, three fingers on the bottom of the frisbee. (Student only has some of the components of holding the frisbee)	Good/Proficient Skills Thumb on the top of the frisbee, index finger on the rim, three fingers on the bottom of the frisbee. (Student has all components of holding the frisbee)
Forhand release	Poor/Off task Wrist and release is not flat.	Fair/Basic Skills Wrist is flat, however frisbee is not flat when released	Good/Proficient Skills Wrist and frisbee flat at all times
Forhand throw to target	Poor/Off task Wrist and frisbee do not remain flat, student is unable to complete at 5 out of 10 throws to a target.	Fair/Basic Skills Wrist and frisbee remain flat, student is able to complete 5 out of 10 throws to a target.	Good/Proficient Skills Wrist and frisbee remain flat, student is able to complete 8 out of 10 throws to a target.
