Features of the home have been added on 3-dimensionally and/or carved, pressed, drawn into clay to show textures and details.

5

Tons of detail added to sculpture and almost all added 3-dimensionally with very little being carved, pressed or drawn. Very easy to identify the animal's natural habitat and/or easy to tell what materials the home is made from. (tree bark, grasses, bricks, siding, stone, leaves, etc.)

Lots of detail and most added 3-dimensionally with some carved, pressed or drawn. One can tell what the animal's natural habitat is or what materials the home is supposed to be made of.
3

Enough detail to help figure out what the home/habitat is made of. Some details are 3D, some carved, pressed or drawn.
2

Details, but all or most are carved, pressed or drawn and not 3D. Hard to tell what the home is made of.
