Feet Position	Bronze - Feet are close together, preventing student from sticking landing. - Student lands on toes - Student lands hard	Silver - Feet are shoulder width apart - Student lands Toe - Ball - Heel - Students lands fairly soft	Gold - Feet Shoulder width apart - Student lands in toe-ball-heel formation, sinking their boyweight into their heels - Students land softly
Body position	Bronze - Student doesn't bring arms up to counterbalance - Student doesn't push weight into heels. - Poor posture while landing - Bend in the waist	Silver - Student sometimes uses arms to counter balance - Student may bend over or have poor posture while landing	Gold - Students uses arms and hips as counterbalance - Good posture during landing - Weight is on heels
Balance	Bronze - Student is unable to land balanced - Student falls while doing landings	Silver - Student is able to land - Struggles to find balance when lands - Somtimes falls while doing landings	Gold - Student demonstrates body control - Always sticks landing - When off balance uses counter balances to correct mistakes
