Cardio Kickboxing

This course is designed to improve overall muscular strength and improve cardiovascular endurance using boxing, kicking and aerobic exercise routines set to music.

Participation and Effort	Poor Misses more than five classes. Shows 50% or less effort in following boxing and aerobic routines during the one hour class time.	Fair Not more than five absences. Shows effort in following boxing and aerobic routines at 60% accuracy per one hour of class time.	Good Three absences or less. Shows effort in following boxing and aerobic routines at 80% accuracy per one hour of class time.
Skill Evaluation	Poor Is not able to perform boxing and aerobic routines as modeled and is not able to keep up with the flow of the class with modified movements.	Fair Performs boxing and aerobic routines with the flow of the class using modified movements.	Good Performs boxing and aerobic routines using good form with the flow of the class at 80% accuracy.
