Proficient Some foot spacing apparent. Knees bent. Shoulders square to the target.	Expert Feet shoulder-width apart and knees bent. Shoulders square to the target.
Approach	Novice No resemblance of ready position (stance). Body not facing target. Elbows bent, wrists are not flat.	Competent Some effort made to be in ready position (stance) and facing target. Elbows locked, wrists are not flat.	Proficient In ready position (stance) and facing target. Elbows bent.	Expert In ready position (stance) and facing target. Elbows and wrists are locked.
