Plank Pose

Demonstrate the ability to perform a plank pose with proper form and technique and strength and steadiness along with the following elements :correct alignment, focus and length.

Attempts to perform pose, but with all 3 elements missing . Does not respond well to any cues. Lacks body awareness. No attempt to go into and come out of the pose correctly.
Partial proficient

Performs pose but
with 2 missing elements. Responds to cues to get into the final correct pose. Can transition into pose, but cannot hold pose. Attempts to come out of the pose correctly.
Proficient

Performs pose accurately with only 1 element missing. Shows ability to self-correct if feels out of alignment. Can transition into pose and can hold the pose sustaining proper alignment most of the time. Comes out of the pose correctly.
Advanced proficient

Performs pose accurately. All elements are present. Moves into the pose with full mind-body awareness. Can hold the pose and demonstrates upper body and core strength and comes out of the pose gracefully.
Adho Mukha Svanasana /Downward Dog

Demonstrates proper alignment of the head/neck, shoulders/back/feet, energy, and strength with either Downward Dog or the modification
