Form/Construction/Craftsmanship	Advanced Student formed vessel with slab. There is no visible cracking were pieces are layered/joined. Uniform thickness of slab throughout the vessel. The vessel is evenly smooth all around. There are no unwanted marks or knicks in the vessel.	Proficient There are limited areas of cracking at the seams. Fairly uniform slab. The vessel is somewhat evenly smoothed all around. There are a few unwanted marks or knicks in the vessel.	Needs Work There are several visible cracks where joined. The slab doesn't show uniformity in thickness. The vessel is unevenly smoothed all around. There are many unwanted marks, low spots or knicks in the vessel.	Not Proficient Slab didn't not stay together or had significant cracking. No attempt to make uniform slabs.Student made no attempt to smooth the vessel. There are several unwanted marks, low spots or knicks in the vessel.
