Catching	Needs Improvement Cannot track the ball. Occasionally catches ball.	Meeting Expectations Eyes on ball but may flinch. Reaches to catch ball. Catches with hands only.	Exceeds Expectations Eyes on ball. Moves to catch ball. Catches with hands only and brings ball in to chest.
Overhand Throw	Needs Improvement Faces Target. No step. No trunk rotation. Lack of accuracy.	Meeting Expectations Stands with side to target. Steps with correct foot. Consistant trunk rotation.	Exceeds Expectations Throws with proper form and also demonstrates power and consistant accuracy.
Teamwork/Sportsmanship	Needs Improvement Student does not get involved in the game. Student doesn't get teammates involved in the game. Doesn't share. Argues with teammates.	Meeting Expectations Student gets others involved in the game. Shares the ball. Praises teammates.	Exceeds Expectations Student demonstrates leadership. Classmates want to be on student's team.
