Advanced Demonstrates a thorough knowledge and understanding of text and other visual images.
Effort & Perserverance 5 pts	Below Basic Student was off task most of the time and sought ways to avoid work. Student was disruptive and/or disrespectful to teacher and/or classmates.	Basic Student did bare minimum. Student did not engage in disrespect or distraction, but also did not encourage students to work respectfully when those students were disruptive or disrespectful.	Proficient Student worked enthusiastically and assisted with preparations and clean-up Student was respectful and encouraged some of classmates to be respectful and on task.	Advanced Student was highly engaged with instruction, asked questions, gave and sought feedback, worked through multiple drafts or revisions and completed all work. Student finished with maximum effort and went beyond requirements.
