Cardio Kickboxing Team Teaching Rubric 
Create and perform a 32 count upper body combination incorporating at least 3 of the following: jab, cross, hook and/or uppercut. Create and perform a 32 count lower body combination incorporating at least 2 of the following: front push kick, back push kick and/or side push kick. Each combination will be performed separately.
