Standardized Testing Strategies 
This addresses behaviors applicable to group testing situations. Students working with this rubric receive standardized testing with modifications as per IEP: familiar teacher, small setting, frequent breaks. The expectation is, with prior review of testing strategies, and application of IEP modifications, the student will conform to the structures required in least restrictive setting.

Shows evidence of addressing personal needs

excessive fatigue; circles under eyes, falls asleep on test booklet; shows signs of physical discomfort
Fair

may require a prompt to listen to orally read directions; inconsistent in availing self of physical breaks
Good

alert, appears physically comfortable; may be prepared with water (optional); attentive to directions; ; takes breaks when offered
