Approach	Beginner Demonstrates at least 1 characteristic -in 3 attempts	Intermediate Demonstrates at least 2 characteristics -in 3 attempts	Advanced Full speed approach to opposite line Uses a 1-foot take-off from just behind the line  -in at least 3 attempts
Hop and Step/Leap	Beginner Demonstrates at least 1 characteristic -in at least 2 attempts	Intermediate Demonstrates at least 2 characteristics -in 3 attempts	Advanced Begins by hopping forward on 1 foot. Then steps forward with the opposite foot and drives this leg up and out -in at least 3 attempts
Jump/Flight/Landing	Beginner Demonstrates at least 1 characteristic -in at least 2 attempts	Intermediate Demonstrates at least 2 characteristics -in 3 attempts	Advanced Finishes with a push off that foot driving arms up Jumps into a 2-foot landing -in at least 3 attempts
