Listening Skills	Red Not listening. Talking during instructions. Too noisy. Need to Re-Think decisions	Yellow Starting to lose focus. Not following complete directions. Need to Re-Think decisions	Green Focusing on instructions. Eye Contact. Able to say what should be happening. Understands expectations.
Body Parts	Red Loss of self control. Touching others. Refuse to back out of someone's personal space. Need to Re-Think decisions	Yellow Starting to lose focus Getting stuff started Need to Re-Think decisions.	Green Completely self controlled. Stops when situation gets dangerous. Knows others' abilities and makes needed changes in the activity.
Use of Equipment	Red Damaging equipment Not using the equipment as directed. Need to Re-Think decisions	Yellow Poor decisions with equipment. Using the equipment inappropriately.
