Performs boxing and aerobic routines with the flow of the class using modified movements.

Performs boxing and aerobic routines using good form with the flow of the class at 80% accuracy.

Has not turned in heart rate sheet, or a fitness or nutrition question.
Fair

Turned in heart rate sheet with 80% accuracy. Fitness or nutrition question and one page answer turned in following specific guidelines not on specified dates (late)
Good

Turned in Heart Rate sheet with 100% accuracy. Fitness or nutrition question and one page answer turned in following specific guidelines on specified dates.
