Good Student demonstrates knowledge of leadership in the workplace; mostly uses appropriate terminology but with a few errors in understanding and criteria are mostly accurate.	Excellent Student demonstrates thorough knowledge of leadership in the workplace with none to minimal errors in terminology and understanding.
