Not prepared for ball<BR> - No perception of ball flight<BR> - No consistancy in hitting the ball<BR> - Irratic flight of ball with no control	Basic - Knees Bent<BR> - Arms bent<BR> - Hand together<BR> - No control of ball<BR> - Random hits on body and arms<BR> - random flight of ball. Uncontorlled	Proficient - Knees Bent<BR> - Arms extended<BR> - Hands together<BR> - Hands extened<BR> - Arms angled too much toward target<BR> - Low trajectory of ball<BR> - Ball contact at wrists or upper arms	Advanced - Knees Bent<BR> - Arms extended<BR> - Hands together<BR> - Hands extended downward away from body<BR> - Ball Contact on fleshy part of forearm< - Ball flight high and to the target
Underhand Serve	Minimal - No step - Ball moves, but does not make it far - Ball is held up high - Does not use fist.
