Job Readiness	Excellent Student comes to class on time. With proper attire for shop if we go out there. Student comes to class with all needed items to be productive during shop activities.	Good Student shows up late to class less than 5 minutes. Student does not have all of the attire needed for a safe day during shop activities	Fair Student shows up later than 5 minutes and does not have all attire for class or shop activities. Student comes to class with none of needed items to be productive during shop activities.	Poorly Student does not attend class. Student does not communicate to teacher about his/her inability to come to shop.	Grade Rceived
Participation	Excellent Student has a positive and active roll in the discussions in the shop. During shop activities student stays on task without being redirected back to area.	Good Students only participates when called upon by teacher. During shop activities student does not stay on task and has to be redirected back to area only once.	Fair Student does not participate at all, even when called upon by teacher. During shop activities student refuses to stay on task or is redirected back to their assigned area multiple times in a shop period.	Poorly Student does not attend class.
