Class Behavior Rubric
	Red 65 pts	Yellow 75 pts	Green 85 pts
Listening Skills	Red Not listening to instructions. Talking during instructions. Not looking at teacher.	Yellow Starting to lose FOCUS. Not following all instructions. Looks at the teacher some of the time.	Green Focused on teacher during instructions. Able to repeat teacher directions. Looks at teacher the whole time.
Self-Control	Red Loss of self control Can't keep hands to themselves. Makes inappropriate noises.	Yellow Can't keep on task the whole period. Has to be redirected during the lesson. Needs to re-think decisions.	Green Completely self-controlled. Stops when play is getting too physical. Keeps focus and on-task at all times.
Use of Equipment	Red Touches equipment when they are not suppose to. Damages Equipment. Not using equipment as directed.	Yellow Uses equipment poorly. Needs to re-think decisions.	Green Uses equipment as directed. Stops when situation gets dangerous. Touches equipment only when told to.
Respectful Behavior	Red Inappropriate language. Doesn't share equipment. Not a team player. Puts others down.	Yellow Makes poor decisions when treating others. Starts to lose focus. Needs to stop and rethink actions.	Green Shares with others Verbally assists others who are struggling. Helpful to teacher and other students.
Sportsmanship	Red Complains about others. Always claims others are cheating. Pouts if team isn't winning.	Yellow Makes some complaints. Complains to teacher about others. Doesn't offer much encouragement.	Green Doesn't complain at all. Offers encouragement to teammates and opponents. Positive attitude always.
