Football: Passing and Catching 
Evaluation of the fundemental skill of passing and catching a football. Students are rated and scored on the mechanics of their passing and catching, not the number of dropped passes or target accurancy-completely. Students are scored at 18 points possible. Scoring in the ADVANCED range gains extra credit.

Grip:

Four fingers on top of football and thumb underside of ball.
Easily can hang onto ball with one hand. Very confident.

Catching the Football

Pull the ball into chest, protect the ball by tucking it into body or forearms.
