Frisbee Throwing and Catching 
Students will throw and catch a frisbee with thier partner to complete the assessment.

Pivot

Grips the frisbee in the forehand grip.<BR>
Right hand throwers left foot slightly forward left handed opposite<BR>
Fake forehand throw, quickly slide or move right foot in front of body, while changing to a backhand grip. (oppostie for lefty)<BR>
If there is no open passing lane, reverse the action to original position and regrip in a forehand grip.

Hold frisbee with hand you write with.<BR>
Index finger along the edge, thumb on top and the other three fingers holding the edge of the disc.<BR>
Shoulder of the hand you are throwing with should face your target.<BR>
Bring the disc towards the body by curling the throwing arm makeing sure to keep the disc level.<BR>
