Body Alignment	Beginning Body, arms , and legs do not align or finish in the required position	Refining Body , arms, and legs finish in required position with little movement	Advanced Body finishes in properly aligned manner with respect to the position given
Holds Position	Beginning Body is held in position for 5 seconds.	Refining Body is held in position for 2-3 seconds.	Advanced Not able to maintain position for more than 1 second.
