On-Task and Effort

Student is always on-task and demonstrates maximum effort on given activities.
Good

Student is off-task (i.e. hitting/swinging/using the equipment when asked to do a different task, using the pull-up bar, wandering around). Student demonstrates strong effort on given activities.
Fair

Student fails to remain on-task 2-3 times (i.e. hitting/swinging/using the equipment when asked to do a different task, using the pull-up bar, wandering around). Student demonstrates some effort on given activities.
Poor

Student demonstrates very little effort or no effort on given activities and is not on-task or on-task very little. Acts disinterested in activity
