Presentation	Gas Station Deli Worker Primary ingredients falling out of the sandwich, will definitely fall apart when picked up by hand. Haphazardly plated, no garnish. No visual attributes.	QSR Worker Secondary ingredients, vegetables or condiments falling out of the sandwich but may hold together when picked up. Just placed on plate with little regard to presentation. No garnish.	NY Deli Pro All ingredients are "cohesive" in the sandwich, condiment, vegetables or cheese, lightly drippling down the bread but not hitting the plate. Cut in half on the bias, overlapped in the center of the plate and garnished with pickle spear and or olive skewer.
Construction	Gas Station Deli Worker No discernible layers in the sandwich, some ingredients are not recognizable. Sloppy appearance. Falls apart to the touch.	QSR Worker Layering is visible but sandwich falls apart to the touch. Excessive ingredients.	NY Deli Pro All ingredients are layered in such a way to be visible.
