STANCE

-Stand aside the shooting line in proper stance, so that body is perpendicular to the target. Feet are parallel to each other.

Pick up arrow and place index feather (odd colored) on top.
-Place nock, just below the nock locator.
-Rest shaft of the arrow on the arrow rest.

Bring bow from waist to the front of the body turn the elbow straight out 90 degrees. (Safety issue, if arm/elbow is lower it could be scraped.)

Equal pressure on bow arm and string arm as the ‘draw’ is made.
-At full draw, arm is back index finger is at chin.
