STANCE -Stand aside the shooting line in proper stance, so that body is perpendicular to the target. Feet are parallel to each other.	Comments	Pass/Fail
NOCK Pick up arrow and place index feather (odd colored) on top. -Place nock, just below the nock locator. -Rest shaft of the arrow on the arrow rest.	Comments	Pass/Fail
EXTEND Bring bow from waist to the front of the body turn the elbow straight out 90 degrees. (Safety issue, if arm/elbow is lower it could be scraped.)	Comments	Pass/Fail
DRAW Equal pressure on bow arm and string arm as the ‘draw’ is made. -At full draw, arm is back index finger is at chin.	Comments	Pass/Fail
