PT Student sourced their own filling recipe, student had choux fully filled with filling and topping was present. Student had over cooked or under baked recipe.	AT Student was able to source filling and topping recipe and executed vision. Choux was GBD= golden brown delicious and not burnt.	ET Student was able to source a filling and topping recipe. Student executed choux recipe and came out GBD= Golden brown delicious. Student sourced higher technique recipes to execute for the final product.
