Preparation	Poor No preparation was done for the scene. No phrases or references that were unfamiliar were researched.	Fair Some preparation was done for the scene. A few phrases and references were researched.	Good Preparation was done for the scene. Phrases and references were mostly researched.	Excellent Actor was fully prepared. All words, phrases, and references were researched and brought in ahead of time.
Scansion	Poor No attempt to use scanning or any type of pentameter in the speech or on the page	Fair Minimal attempt at scanning.
