Cardio Kickboxing Team Teaching Rubric 
Create and perform a 3 minute cardio kickboxing routine. Routines should include upper body combinations incorporating at least 3 of the following: jab, cross, hook and/or uppercut. Additionally routines should include lower body combination incorporating at least 2 of the following: front push kick, back push kick and/or side push kick.
