This rubric is to assess how well the students participate in preparing the school stores for an upcoming sales event. Following directions, staying on task and task initiative are the primary areas of assessment.

Follow Directions	Poor Student was prompted several times to follow directions and student did not follow directions.	Fair Student was prompted 2x or less to follow directions.	Good Student was prompted less than 1x to follow directions.	Excellent Student followed directions of teacher and/or store manager.
Remain/Stay on Task	Poor Student was prompted more than 5x to remain on the task given. Student left task or store aisle.	Fair Student was prompted 2x or less to remain on task. Student left work station or aisle less than 2x.	Good Student was prompted less than once to remain on task. Student left work station or aisle only once.	Excellent Student was not prompted to remain on task. Student did not leave work station or aisle.
Task Completion	Poor The student did not finish the task assigned in the store.	Fair The student finished less than 50% of the task assigned i the store with moderate assistance.	Good The student finished 75% of the task assigned in the store with moderate assistance.	Excellent The student finished 80%-100% of the task assigned in the store with minimal assistance.
