Spotting- Assessing Myself

Modified

I was sometimes spotting my partner when she was lifting. I may have been distracted by other friends and not watching my partner.

Mrs. Ryan had to assist or give me feedback many times for my spotting technique.

I realize by not properly spotting my partner, they can get hurt.
JV

Most of the sets, I was spotting my partner. I was spotting at the proper areas (wrists, behind the bar) and actively paying attention and assisting when needed.

Mrs. Ryan may have given me feedback 2-3 times to help my spot better.
Varsity

I was spotting my partner for all of the exercises. I was spotting at the proper areas (wrists, behind the bar) and actively paying attention and assisting when needed.

Mrs. Ryan gave me feedback 1-2 times to help my spot better.

I was counting for my partner. She had my full attention when she was holding weights.
