Center of Interest	Poor Student does not have a center of interest. Everything is generally equall of importance.	Fair Center of interest is somewhat clear.	Good Center of interest is very clear.
Effort	Poor Student does not show effort in the drawing, quickly draws it, and it is messy.<BR> <BR> Student is not focused on the drawing (ex. spends class time talking to friends and not observing the shell).<BR> <BR> Student does not draw shell from life.	Fair Student shows some effort in the drawing but it is rushed.<BR> <BR> Student's drawing is very small, not using the entire page.	Good Student shows effort in drawing. It is not rushed. It is neat. <BR>Student uses color and activates the space of the page. <BR>
Clean up	Poor Student does not clean area, leaves a mess, leaves materials out, has others clean for him/her.<BR> Student talks to classmates and is not ready for dismissal.	Fair Student makes an effort cleaning but leaves materials out. Student talks to classmates and is not ready for dismissal.	Good Student's area is cleaned into the same condition it was when entering the room. Materials are put away and student is ready for dismissal.
