1. Creativity and Innovation a. Apply existing knowledge to generate new ideas, products, or processes.	Poor	Fair	Good I feel students being digital natives are good at this standard. The school curriculum does a good job of integrating these types of projects into the curriculum.
1. Creativity & Innovation b. Create original works as a means of personal or group expression.	Poor	Fair	Good Again, I feel students and schools are good at this standard. There are many opportunities throughout the day for personal/group expression.
1. Creativity & Innovation c. Use models and simulations to explore complex systems and issues.	Poor	Fair I'm not sure I see much of this either as a teacher or a parent.	Good
1. Creativity & Innovation d. Identify trends and forecast possibilities.	Poor	Fair	Good Schools do a good job of incorporating identifying trends and forecasting possibilities, not only in Math, but other subjects.
2. Communication & Collaboration a. Interact, collaborate, and publish with peers, experts, or others employing a variety of digital environments and media.	Poor	Fair	Good Students and schools do a good job of interacting and collaborating with peers but I am not so sure on how much they collaborate with experts.
2. Communication & Collaboration b. Communicate information and ideas effectively to multiple audiences using a variety of media and formats.	Poor	Fair	Good Schools and students doa good job of communicating to multiple audiences via many formats.
2. Communication & Collaboration c. Develop cultural understanding and global awareness by engaging with learners of other cultures.	Poor	Fair I'm not sure how much schools/students engage with learners of different cultures besides the cultures that are inherent in the school atmosphere.	Good
2. Communication & Collaboration d. Contribute to project teams to produce original works or solve problems.	Poor	Fair	Good Schools and students do a lot of collaborating throughout the day to produce original works and to problem solve.
3. Research & Information Fluency a. Plan strategies to guide inquiry.	Poor	Fair I'm not sure how much students plan strategies to guide their own inquiries	Good Schools do a good job of guiding lessons along, therefore, providing organization for students.
3. Research & Information Fluency b. Locate, organize, analyze, evaluate, synthesize, and ethically use information from a variety of sources and media.	Poor	Fair	Good Schools and students do a good job of locating, evaluating, analyzing multiple sources. I am not sure on how well students synthesize and organize, however.
3. Research & Information Fluency c. Evaluate and select information sources and digital tools based on the appropriateness to specific tasks.	Poor	Fair	Good Schools and students do a good job with this standard.

With the right guidance with teachers, I believe students can succeed in this standard.	Good Schools do a good job with this standard.

I'm not sure some students plan on being life-long learners. As long as it appeals to them, they will continue to learn. Schools need to incorporate more support and training on the technology schools want teachers to incorporate.	Good
5. Digital Citizenship d. Exhibit leadership for digital citizenship.	Poor	Fair I'm not sure how much schools can exhibit digital citizenship. I suppose teachers can model correct digital citizenship for learning. My concern is digital citizenship with students' personal lives. I don't see many students being leaders in the correct portrayal of digital citizenship.	Good
