Stance	Poor Student does not take a step or step is in opposition when throwing the frisbee.	Moderate Student steps with dominant foot to throw the frisbee. However, the pivot foot is not kept in place (opposition foot).	Excellent A pivot foot is established (with the opposition foot) and the student steps with the dominant foot.
Forehand Throw	Poor Student stands sideways, steps and points foot when throwing, wrist and frisbee remains flat, student points finger at target after release, follows through. [Under 3 categories are met].	Moderate Student stands sideways, steps and points foot when throwing, wrist and frisbee remains flat, student points finger at target after release, follows through. [3 of the 5 are met].	Excellent Student stands sideways, steps and points foot when throwing, wrist and frisbee remains flat, student points finger at target after release, follows through. Catching	Poor Student shows little (or no) fear of catching the frisbee and is occasionally able to catch the frisbee.	Moderate Student occasionally moves towards the frisbee while in flight. Student is consistently able to catch the frisbee with two hands, and occasionally with one hand. Student shows no fear.	Excellent Student consistenty moves towards the frisbee while in flight. Student is consistently able to catch the frisbee with one or two hands.
