Jumping and Landing on a Vertical Plane
Students are being assessed on the demonstration of these five elements of jumping and landing. Students are either given a yes or a no for each element if they are present during their jump. The goal by the end of the unit is to have 4 out of the 5 elements be present or circled yes.

Hips, knees, and ankles bend in preparation for jumping action.
