I sometimes treat others in PE with respect, but sometimes I am disrespectful. Sometimes I yell and get frustrated if my team loses. I get upset if I am tagged in a warm-up game. I sometimes accuse others of not playing well, and get visibly upset if my team loses.

I rarely if ever try to improve my techniques in various sports. Even when the teacher shows us how to do proper form, I stick to what I like and I do not try to improve my development. I also will use improper techniques like kicking a basketball, volleyball, or other improper movements.

If a teacher is showing us proper form on a skill, I may not listen. I may purposely do something that is not correct (like kick a volleyball or basketball). I may not try to improve by using proper technique even when I am taught.

If a teacher is showing us proper form, like serving, bumping, setting, shooting, passing, or dribbling, I usually will try to correct my form and improve. Sometimes, I may not listen and try to improve my skills or development.

I sometimes engage in PE in a safe manner. I don't think about the people around me very often. Sometimes I do things that could hurt myself or others (like throw a ball when others are not looking, shooting when people are under the net). sometimes I do not wait my turn and just go.

I usually engage in PE in a safe manner. I may occasionally forget about others' safety and not be aware of who is around me. I usually wait until it is the right time to try a new technique. I wait my turn most times.

I always engage in PE in a safe manner. I do not throw objects when people are not looking. I ensure it is the right time to try a new technique. I am aware of who is around me and ensure they are safe. I wait for my turn every time.
