Functional Mobility SLO #2 Underprepared Group (C) 
All students receiving PT services will increase their functional mobility, including gait and use of mobility devices, within their various learning environments in order to access instruction and/or increase their independence and social engagement.

Tolerates being in adaptive equipment as appropriate for classroom activities.
wheelchair mobility

Limited Partial Command

Dependent on staff for wheelchair mobility.
Moderate Command 1

Able to manually push wheelchair forward 3 feet.
Moderate Command 2

Able to manually push wheelchair forward for 5 feet.
Strong Command

Able to manually push wheelchair forward for 6 feet.
