Able to keep ball at waist level Enter description	Poor Student cannot keep ball at waist level.	Good Student can bounce the ball infrequently at waist level.	Excellent Student can bounce the ball at waist level repeatedly.
Elbows,hands and fingers working Elbows bend to receive ball. Hands and fingers curved and spread to control.	Poor Student has very poor use of elbows, hands and fingers.	Good Student shows some use of 1 or 2 during skill. But shows the need for improvement.	Excellent Student uses elbows, hands and fingers to control ball.
