	LEVEL 1 Not at the desired level 5 pts	LEVEL 2 Approaching the desired level 7 pts	LEVEL 3 Has targeted the desired level 8 pts	LEVEL 4 Has gone beyond expectations 10 pts
Groupwork How well the group works together during the planning and working stages	LEVEL 1 The group does not work well together.	LEVEL 2 This group worked well together some of the time.	LEVEL 3 This group worked well together most of the time. Mostly shared ideas and leadership.	LEVEL 4 This group worked well together all of the time. They shared ideas and leadership.
Dance Moves Number of moves incorporated into the routine - at least 6	LEVEL 1 There are only 2 or less dance moves throughout the routine.	LEVEL 2 There are 3-4 dance moves incorporated into the routine.	LEVEL 3 There are 5 dance moves incorporated into the routine.	LEVEL 4 There are 6 or more dance moves incorporated into the routine.
Followed routine How well does the group follow the routine as they learned it (Given part)as well as group choreography	LEVEL 1 The dancers did not follow the dance routine.	LEVEL 2 The dancers follow the dance routine some of the time.	LEVEL 3 The dancers accurately follow the dance routine most of the time.	LEVEL 4 The dancers follow the dance routine all of the time.
Performance How well the group stays together during the performance	LEVEL 1 The group does not stay together. There is a lot of individual dancing and not as a group.	LEVEL 2 The group stays together on some steps. They need to work on getting everyone to put forth a complete effort and follow the routine.	LEVEL 3 The group works quite well together. Each member has contributed to some moves incorporated into the dance and most are in sync with one another.	LEVEL 4 The group works very well together. Each member has contributed to the moves incorporated into the dance and all are in sync with one another.
