Group Presentation Rubric

Student/Group presentation(s) is based on established subject criteria in relation to course objectives. The student will follow class instructions for presenting a researched based on a selected group project related to a nursing subject. Work must demonstrate proficiency in subject presentation, established knowledge base and shows research skills evidenced by documentation of supporting evidence related to subject matter.

Subject content contains some elements of course objectives. Some relevancy present. Some content is not applicable.	Good Excellent presentation, well organized, neat and grammatically correct. Subject content applicable to course objectives. Clearly follows established guidelines.
Student Knowledge Base	Poor Student/Group has minimal knowledge of subject matter and content required for assignments. Student/Group does not engage with audience, lacks the ability to facilitate knowledge and unable to answer questions.	Fair Student/Group has some knowledge of subject matter and content for required assignments. Student/Group demonstrates minimal ability to engage with audience, some challenges noted with the ability to facilitate knowledge and some difficulty in answering questions.	Good Student/Group well versed in subject matter and content for required assignments. Student/Group is able to engage with audience, facilitate knowledge and answer questions.
Research	Poor Assignment clearly not researched. Elements of plagiarism is evident in coursework. Subject content lacks references. Documentation of research is not present. Clearly lacks supportive evidence.	Fair Insufficient research conducted. Some documentation lacks citations to support presented data. Subject content has some references, areas of opportunity noted.
