Backhand Throw

Needs practice

Holds disc on non-dominant side. Finger placement is wrong( thumb on rim and four fingers underneath).<BR>
Does not reach across the body and does not take a step while throwing. Disc doesn't make it to target. Needs more practice.

Holds with dominant hand, but still has somewhat the right placement of fingers ( thumb on top and four fingers underneath). Reaches across the body, but does not take a step while throwing. Disc makes it close to target. On the right track.
Almost Mastered

Holds with dominant hand and has proper hand placement, (thumb on top and index finger along the rim of the Frisbee with three fingers underneath). Reaches across the body and takes a step on dominant side while throwing. Disc is successfully at the target.
Forehand Throw

Needs practice

Holds with non-dominant hand and doesn't have grip on disc. Does not take a step forward and arm is not sideways. Disc does not go far. Needs more practice

Holds with dominant hand and somewhat has similar handling grip. When throwing does not take a step forward, but arm is sideways and flicks at the wrist. Disc makes it close enough to target. On the right track.

Holds with dominant hand and has index and middle finger on bottom of disc. Other two fingers are holding disc and thumb on top. when throwing they have arm sideways and flicks the wrist while taking a step. Disc makes it very close to target.
Sandwich Catch

Needs practice

Cannot catch the disc with neither two hands nor with one hand and their body. Needs more practice.

Catches the disc with one hand and with their body. On the right track, but needs more practice.
Almost Mastered

Catches the disc with two hands, one hand on top and one on bottom. Has mastered it and is able to catch the disc with one hand.
