Paragraphs	Excellent Document has an introduction, conclusion and one paragraph for each state.	Good Document has an introduction or conclusion and one paragraph for each state or has used a bullet format.	Fair Document has five pargaraphs.	Poor Document has fewer than five paragraphs
Setup	Excellent Document has correct margins, font selection and line spacing	Good Document has two of the following correct: margins, font selection and/or line spacing	Fair Document has only one of the following correct: margins, font selection or line spacing	Poor Document is setup incorrectly
Cover Page	Excellent Present and is 100% accurate (contains 8 of 8 components)	Good Present and is 50% accurate (contains 4 of 8 components)	Fair Present and is 25% accurate (contains 2 of 8 components)	Poor Not Present or is inaccurate
