This rubric gives different criteria for lower body form and arms/upper body form for running.

Elbows bent not quite 90 degrees; partially extended during the run<BR>
Upper body with slight forward lean for momentum

Arms in complete opposition to legs<BR>
Upper body with necessary forward lean<BR>
Complete elbow extension<BR>
Elbosw at 90 degrees
Effort

Poor

The student is not pushing his/herself at all. Does not seem to care.
Fair

The student is trying, but is not fully giving everything they can.
Good

The student is giving good effort and trying to meet full potential.
Excellent

The student is pushing his/herself and giving 100% effort.
