Student passes the ball correctly most of the time. The student uses the correct passing technique.
Missing one of the following: Fingers on the laces, hand positioned on backside of ball, step towards target with non-dominant foot, non-dominant shoulder pointed towards target, bring throwing elbow close to ear

Student passes the ball with proficiency. Able to pass to stationary and moving targets during game play.

Student knows most of the rules and is able to apply or make calls during game play

Student knows almost all the rules. Can help teach others that don't know all the rules. Understands the responsibilities of offensive and defensive positions, takes on the role of a self-referee. Understands how to modify the game for PE. Understands the boundaries and modifications and regularly adheres to them
