Voice/Delivery	Poor Speaker does not present in a loud or clear voice and reads simply from the presentation or an aide	Fair Speaker presents in a voice that is sometimes clear but constantly refers to the presentation	Good Speaker presents in a loud and clear voice but constantly turns to the screen	Excellent Speaker presents in a loud and clear voice and does not read from the screen
Comprehesibility	Poor Many parts were difficult to understand	Fair Some parts are difficult to understand, even to a sympathetic speaker	Good Is understandable to a sympathetic listener	Excellent Is easy to understand with little or no effort on the part of the listener
